1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TumorBD ("the Service"), available at app.tumorbd.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

The Service is intended exclusively for qualified healthcare professionals, including but not limited to licensed physicians, oncologists, radiologists, pathologists, and other credentialed medical practitioners. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

You are using the Service within the scope of your professional practice.
You have the authority to access and process the patient data you upload to the Service.

3. Nature of the Service

TumorBD is an AI-powered multi-agent decision-support tool that processes medical documents, medical images, and clinical data to provide analytical outputs for oncology case review. You acknowledge and agree that:

All outputs generated by TumorBD are for decision-support purposes only and do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations.
AI-generated outputs are probabilistic in nature and may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies.
The Service uses multiple AI agents and models whose outputs should be independently verified by qualified professionals before any clinical application.
The Service does not replace professional medical judgment, clinical expertise, or the standard of care required in your jurisdiction.

4. User Responsibilities

As a user of the Service, you are responsible for:

Independently verifying all AI-generated outputs before making any clinical decisions.
Ensuring that you have proper authorization and patient consent (where required) to upload and process any patient data through the Service.
Complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and professional standards governing medical practice and patient data handling in your jurisdiction.
Maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials.
All content you upload to the Service, including its accuracy, legality, and appropriateness.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

TumorBD and its operators shall not be liable for any clinical decisions made based on, or influenced by, the outputs of the Service.
We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties
